Södermanlands regiment aka P 10 or P 3 was an armored regiment of the Swedish army with its roots in the 17th century. The regiment was discontinued in 2005 and was located in Strängnäs.

The regiment was converted from a infantry regiment to an armored regiment in 1963. The regiment was dismantled in 2006. The last conscripts were introduced on April 8, 2005.
The Film Ninth Company (1987) by Colin Nutley was filmed in the regiment.
